  • How does Movetex LiteFleet work?

  • Can I try Movetex LiteFleet before I buy it?

    Yes, Movetex LiteFleet has a free trial, including 20 drops, 2 vehicles and 25 calls. If you like the software, you can buy one of our packages or APIs, or contact us for a customized offer.

  • Can I get a training to learn how to work with the software?

    Yes, we provide on-site training where needed. To optimize our training programs for the future, we are currently working on online courses that will soon become available.

  • Can the Movetex LiteFleet package be customized?

    Yes. First of all, LiteFleet integrates with any existing software. But we also offer out-of-the-box integrations for customized connections on request.

  • Can I use the software on-premise?

    No. We do not offer an on-premise solution, only SaaS (Software as a Service). On-premise is a complete change of focus. Doing both is unsustainable.

  • Can I update fleet information myself?

    Yes, you can easily update all information concerning your fleet: change depot locations, change vehicles in your fleet and update availabilities, in just a few clicks.

  • Does Movetex LiteFleet integrate with my existing software?

    Yes, both LiteFleet API and LiteFleet Package allow a seamless integration with your existing management software. The software uses the information it receives to optimize any distribution challenge.

  • What is the Movetex API?

    There are two options: LiteFleet API, for integration into your own software, or LiteFleet Package, a complete intuitive planning tool. If you decide to use the APIs, the LiteFleet intelligence and features will be integrated into your own digital environment. They can be used in any extended software package.

  • Can Movetex help me to integrate the API?

  • Can I buy just the API?

    Yes, if you want to integrate smart routing on top of your existing software solution without using our graphical user interface, you can buy the API only.

  • Can I buy parts of the API separately, for example the module 'Geo-coding'?

  • Is there a warranty period for the implementation?

    No. We offer a working software solution that covers a wide-range of customer expectations. Any doubts? Please contact us, or test the product with our free trial.

  • What are the rate limits?

  • What happens when I go over the rate limits?

    We accept small amounts outside the limits. In any case, we want to offer an optimal solution to your changing environment, so we will not immediately block your services. If your current plan is not sufficient anymore, you will receive warnings and a suggestion to upgrade your package. Only after a while, if you repeatedly ignore these warnings, the API will automatically block your request.

  • Is it required to have a support contract at Movetex?

    No. Depending on your needs it can be helpful, but the documentation should be sufficient to get things done. Are you dealing with a very complex planning puzzle? Don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll guide you through the different steps.

  • What are the licence durations?

    We have monthly and annual upfront billing cycles.

  • Can I get a discount?

    Yes, if you take the upfront annual billing plan, we offer a discount.

  • Does Movetex offer support for its software?

    The Movetex support team is always ready to help. We offer technical and functional support whenever you need it. Our support team is ITIL trained and knows everything about the Movetex Lite engine. So far, we have never seen a case that was too complex for us to handle. Challenge us!
